Quotes and approvals
Quotes are based on the dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, files, and other details provided. Work begins only after the price, scope, and any required deposit are approved. Changes may affect price and timing.
Customer-provided content
You confirm that you have permission to use any logos, artwork, names, photographs, or files you provide. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, layout, and other details shown in an approval.
Custom fabrication
Metalwork may show normal variation in color, grain, texture, weld appearance, patina, or finish. Outdoor metal products may weather or develop surface changes over time unless maintained appropriately.
Payment
Deposits or full payment may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. Final balances must be paid before shipment, delivery, or release unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timing
Production estimates begin after approval and required payment. Dates may change because of design revisions, material availability, finishing schedules, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, B22 Metalworks is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service.
