Production times
Production timing varies by design, material, quantity, finish, and current workload. Your quote or product listing will provide the best available estimate. Custom-order timing begins after final approval and any required payment.
Service area and delivery
B22 Metalworks serves Lockeford and surrounding areas. Local delivery may be available depending on the project size, destination, scheduling, and access. Any delivery charge and arrangement will be confirmed before payment.
Shipping
Items offered for shipping will show or quote the available method and cost. Oversized, heavy, or especially fragile pieces may be limited to local delivery or another agreed arrangement.
Delays
If an order cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and available options, including cancellation and refund when required. Carrier transit estimates begin after the order leaves our possession and are not guaranteed by B22 Metalworks.
Delivery inspection
Check shipped or delivered items promptly. Save all packaging and photograph visible damage before discarding anything. Report shipping damage or missing items within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier or determine the appropriate resolution.
